1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not offer direct shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses for large equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, rowers) due to carrier restrictions. If you are located outside the continental U.S., please contact us for a custom freight quote.
2. Processing and Handling Time
- Standard Orders: Most orders for accessories and small equipment (dumbbells, mats, lubricants) are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Large Equipment: Treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals require additional handling and quality checks. These typically ship within 3-5 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer promotional Free Shipping on select items or orders over a certain dollar amount.
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days (Accessories and small items).
- Curbside Freight: 7-14 business days (Treadmills, Rowers, Ellipticals).
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or remote locations.
4. Freight Delivery (Large Equipment)
For large items like the 7.8 AT Treadmill or Oxford 6 Rower, we use specialized freight carriers. Please note the following:
- Appointment Scheduling: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard freight shipping is "Curbside Delivery." The driver will unload the machine at the end of your driveway or curb. They are not responsible for bringing the item inside your home or up stairs.
- Adult Signature: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
5. Expert Assembly & White Glove Delivery
We offer Expert Assembly services for an additional fee on select cardio equipment. If selected at checkout, a professional technician will deliver, assemble, and test your equipment in the room of your choice and remove all packaging materials.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
7. Damages and Inspection
Important: Before signing for a freight delivery, please inspect the box for any visible damage (crushing, punctures, or tears). If the box is significantly damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you accept the delivery, please note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. This is essential for us to file a claim with the carrier.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Iron Fitness World is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." We recommend shipping to a secure location or ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
