This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased at https://ironfitnessworld.com/.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ironfitnessworld.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that for large equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, rowers), specialized freight pickup may be required.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large equipment returns (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals) that have been opened or assembled.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Iron Fitness World will cover all return shipping costs and waive any restocking fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Consumable items such as Lube-N-Walk Kits or Silicone Lubricant if the seal is broken or the product has been used.
  • Personal care goods such as used Fitness Mats or heart rate straps that have been worn (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale."

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For freight shipments (treadmills/rowers), please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders for large equipment can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. If the item has already left our warehouse, the standard return policy and shipping fees will apply.
